Leeds East Academy, part of White Rose Academies Trust, is looking for a Student Welfare Officer to promote student safety, welfare and wellbeing while supporting learning and engagement. The role sits within the Safeguarding Team, working with Attendance and Pastoral colleagues to remove barriers and support vulnerable students.
The post holder will coordinate health and safety processes, ensure staff training and compliance with legislation, and contribute to creating an inclusive environment
