What you\’ll do:

• Support the development and implementation of our sustainability strategies and initiatives across our investments and operations.
• Work alongside senior colleagues to ensure that our investment decisions align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting , helping to measure and communicate the impact of our responsible investment practices.
• Assist in ESG and corporate reporting , ensuring that we meet sustainability-related regulatory standards.
• Engage with key stakeholders including investment teams, clients, and external partners to advance sustainability goals.
• Track sustainability performance metrics and support the development of sustainability targets for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of environmental and social impact assessments of potential investments, ensuring they align with LGPS Central’s corporate responsibility values.

What You’ll Learn

During your apprenticeship, you’ll:

To apply for this apprenticeship, you’ll need:

• 3 A’ Levels BBC or higher, 5 GCSE’s Maths 6, English Language 4
• A keen interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility , with a passion for learning about ESG principles and their impact on investment management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a desire to take on new challenges.
