Platform Property Care has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Carpenter based in Bromyard, Ledbury and Malvern to join our busy Responsive Repairs and Voids team to help us maintain and improve our homes.

Responsibilities

  • You will be ensuring customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard, carrying out multi‑skilled maintenance works such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, wall tiling, flooring and decoration including major works.
  • You will work closely with the Localities Area Manager to manage jobs from inspection, through the independent execution of works, to post‑inspection once completed.
  • You will thrive on providing great customer service, keeping jobs on track, and have the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.
  • You will have full control of your job completion, including materials and liaison with customers.
  • The role is varied and challenging, but you’ll have the support of a great team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience delivering multi‑trade work.
  • Qualified to at least NVQ L2 Carpentry.
  • Good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track.
  • Personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently and delivered right‑first‑time.
  • Full driving licence – the role is mobile; van with fuel card provided.
  • DBS check required.
