We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our talented team at RNAS Yeovilton, where you'll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality meals every day. Responsibilities
- Take charge of kitchen operations when the Head Chef is unavailable.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that meet our company standards.
- Champion exceptional food safety and hygiene practices.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.
- Support and guide the wider kitchen team with hands-on leadership.
- Assist with hiring activities, including interviews and trial shifts for new kitchen staff.
- Communicate regularly with the Head Chef regarding stock levels and daily requirements.
Previous experience in a similar role is ideal, but not essential for the right person. Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Comfortable with manual handling tasks, such as lifting stock and equipment. Able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Compensation
£14.75 per hour | 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with varied shifts depending on operational needs.
