Overview
We\’re currently recruiting a friendly Reception Assistant Manager to provide first-class reception service for Levy on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As an Reception Assistant Manager, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
- Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
- Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling HR aspects for the department when the Manager is on annual leave, if needed
- Cover Duty Manager shifts when required
Qualifications
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Be competent in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Display passion for delivering excellent customer service
