Restaurant Manager required to join and add the level of service and set up to this New Opening team for this Restored and relaunched proper pub restaurant . Restaurant Manager will be working with senior Management of this Pub pushing for the future and to deliver the finest calibre of service to accompany the very best in the UK and local seasonal produce , with the focus on Ingredients from Game / Meat / Fish and top quality seafood and crutacea.
The dining room is a class and intimate affair, with attention to details and personal service a must, the focus on high end hospitality is the driving factor.
Head's of department have all worked with 3 AA Rosette and top level Standard restaurants, so this is the standard and drive of them and the owners. But this is a perfect environment and pub offering to shrug off the starch and stuffiness The setting is one of the best New Openings within this Worcestershire village and The New Chef delivers local and pure produce at a great level to the diner.
As a manager you will be the go between and work alongside, a growing and solid group of junior staff. Restaurant Manager's will be confident, leaders and also hands on to run service with the senior and junior teams all combining to deliver great service.
Manager's should have a solid and recognised within high end rosette and or Hotel Backgrounds, be very passionate about training and development, all about great and un fussy modern service standards, with a team playing attitude.
