FOOD AND BEVERAGE MARKETING MANAGER 5 STAR LUXURY HOTEL MAYFAIR LONDON £50,000+ We are currently looking to recruit a specific Food and Beverage Marketing Manager for this classic 5 Star Luxury Mayfair Hotel this position reports directly into the GM / Sales and has the full support of Head Office . The successful Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will work closely with the wider commercial team delivering exceptional results for our hotel As part of the Senior Management team, you will enjoy a career with like-minded people who take pride in the property, are passionate about their roles and determined to succeed. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead the execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance the hotels brand, increase revenue, and ensure our positioning as a leading luxury destination in London and beyond. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, bringing fresh ideas to life and elevating the hotel’s image across traditional and digital platforms. To be able to successfully promote brand aware Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients, partners and customers Develop strategic marketing plan for the Hotel and and Food and Beverage outlets. Provides all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in sales and marketing efforts Manage the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet the hotel and F&B objectives Ensure that all campaigns are supported comprehensively through on-line channels, including website, social media, internal database & affiliate partnerships Competitive research notably from a content and Social Media standpoint Organize and support photoshoots and filming projects. Knowledge of Photoshop, Design and produce brochures, marketing collateral, flyers, presentations and etc for F&B outlets and hotel Ensure consistent, integrated marketing communication across all online channels (website, social media, internal database) and with affiliate partnerships About you: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar senior role within the luxury hospitality or related industry. Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing, customer behaviour, and market trends. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire creativity and deliver results. A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and exceptional communication skills. Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and public relations. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
