Head Chef required for this Destination Boutique Hotel to work with the GM and Independent Owner. Part of a well-respected Country Estate with a long history and exceptional standards with great Ownership and leaders.
Exec Head chefs will cook a classic but elevated Modern British Cuisine with a base of French, alongside a seasonal style menu featuring the very finest classics. The focus is on delivering exceptional value and tasty seasonal cooking with great support from the parent company and senior management.
Head chefs will be cooking for a 55-cover dining room and overseeing private dining rooms and events. They will have a solid and progressive background in classic food, focusing on flavour and simplicity, letting the ingredients do the talking.
Head chefs will lead a well-versed brigade in delivery, not just being confident cooks. Knowledge of ingredients, regions, and solid producers and suppliers will be core requirements. Candidates should have a good overall CV and experience within top-level restaurants or hotels, ideally at the 5-star level. European cuisine experience is a must, along with being highly organised and a great team leader with motivation.
