Our client has a strategic leadership role for an experienced Associate Director Electrical Engineer to guide multiple complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, influence business direction, and strengthen senior client relationships. The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead major, complex projects with full accountability for electrical and MEP delivery
- Serve as a senior client partner, fostering relationships and securing future opportunities
- Contribute to business development activities, including bid strategy and proposal input
- Oversee and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on large programmes
- Ensure profitable project delivery, commercial control, and rigorous governance
