We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a focused engineering initiative supporting continuous delivery, deployment scalability, and infrastructure stability. The work will be largely autonomous and dedicated to a specific product stream to enable speed and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for microservices
- Automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Develop robust monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability
- Enhance infrastructure security and apply best practices in DevOps operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows and environment management
- Maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues around availability and performance
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Expertise in CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of system uptime and performance
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting PCI-compliant or other secure environments
- Knowledge of networking configurations and security best practices
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash) for operational tasks
