We are a fast-growing team of 340+ engineers and consultants across Europe (UK, Spain, Portugal), the Americas (US, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia), and the Middle East. We combine global reach with a mindset focused on agility, senior expertise, and close collaboration. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, helping them define the right problems, shape solutions, and deliver technology-driven outcomes that create measurable business value. Our expertise spans software engineering, AI & data, product development, and customer experience, delivered by teams that combine strong technical depth with a consulting mindset.

Why Join Us? If you are looking for a place where you can think beyond execution, take true ownership of outcomes, influence decisions, and continuously learn alongside top-tier specialists in a truly global environment, we’d love to meet you.

How will you impact? As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Parser, you will drive the development of scalable, user-centric solutions that power the global travel ecosystem. Taking end-to-end technical ownership, you will design robust JVM backend services, build resilient APIs, and engineer performant frontend interfaces that directly impact customer experiences and core business outcomes. High-performance travel ecosystems rely on seamless connectivity from low-latency backend microservices to intuitive user interfaces. If you thrive on taking end-to-end ownership of full-stack architectures that power real-world customer journeys, this role is for you.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and event-driven architectures using Java and Kotlin.
  • Implement RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and asynchronous workflows across distributed systems.
  • Optimize database performance across SQL and NoSQL data stores, designing efficient data access patterns.
  • Lead small, well-defined full-stack initiatives, taking end-to-end ownership from architecture design to implementation.
  • Apply modern software design principles to produce clean, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Test, monitor, and debug complex applications across all system layers to ensure high reliability.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of software development experience in agile team environments using modern version control systems.
  • Proven experience building, maintaining, and debugging distributed microservices and event-driven systems in cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of API design, microservices integration patterns, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience using end-to-end testing, application monitoring, and debugging tools across the full stack.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with modern reactive frameworks, particularly React.
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Location & Work Model: London, UK - Hybrid, with 3 days per week in our Angel office.

You will receive:

  • The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.
  • The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.
  • A highly competitive compensation package.
  • A flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Private Medical insurance.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks
