Our expertise spans software engineering, AI & data, product development, and customer experience, delivered by teams that combine strong technical depth with a consulting mindset.

Why Join Us? If you are looking for a place where you can think beyond execution, take true ownership of outcomes, influence decisions, and continuously learn alongside top-tier specialists in a truly global environment, we’d love to meet you.

How will you impact? We’re looking for an exceptional senior content designer with strong product judgement and a deep understanding of how language shapes digital experiences. You’ll be confident taking work from ambiguous problem spaces through to polished, production-ready content, combining strategic thinking, excellent writing craft and fluency with modern AI-enabled content design workflows. You'll know how to turn complexity into clear, useful and trustworthy experiences that help customers succeed.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, research and design to define problems well, shape journeys and make sure language is considered as part of the experience from the start. You’ll be confident using insight, data, testing and iteration to guide decisions, and equally confident influencing stakeholders, challenging unclear thinking and holding a high bar for clarity, accessibility and quality throughout delivery. Above all, you'll care deeply about solving meaningful customer problems and ensuring every interaction feels human, coherent and easy to understand.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own the content design of end-to-end digital experiences, shaping the language, structure and flow that help customers understand, decide and act with confidence.
  • Translate user needs, business goals and regulatory requirements into clear, useful and trustworthy language across flows, screens, states and moments of decision.
  • Use research, data, testing and sound judgement to make evidence-based content decisions, iterate at pace and improve outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Create accessible, inclusive and on-brand content that helps customers understand what is happening, what they need to do next and why it matters.
  • Shape content models, naming, terminology, voice and tone, and content patterns that bring consistency and clarity across products and touchpoints.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to explore, prototype and refine content more quickly, while applying critical judgement to model-generated outputs.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers and governance partners to influence direction, resolve trade-offs and support high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to and evolve our content standards, guidance and design system patterns so language quality can scale across complex product ecosystems.
  • Present content rationale clearly and confidently, helping teams align around the right problems, the right words and the right customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A strong track record shaping end-to-end digital experiences through content, with a portfolio that shows excellent judgement from early problem framing through to polished, production-ready UX writing.
  • Deep expertise in content design, UX writing and conversation design, including information architecture, naming, content hierarchy, interaction flows, error handling and guidance content.
  • Excellent writing craft, with the ability to create language that is clear, concise, coherent and appropriate for complex, high-consequence customer journeys.
  • Confidence using research, data and experimentation to interpret insight, test hypotheses and make strong evidence-based content decisions.
  • Experience using and evolving content systems, standards, patterns and governance that improve consistency, scalability and quality across products.
  • Confidence using modern content design tools and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate exploration, iteration and evaluation while applying critical judgement to outputs.
  • A strong understanding of accessible and inclusive content design, with the ability to create experiences that work for people with diverse needs, backgrounds and levels of digital confidence.
  • The ability to thrive in agile, multi-disciplinary teams and to work credibly with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers and partners across risk, legal, compliance and brand.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to explain rationale, challenge constructively and influence direction.
  • Experience operating in complex organisations or regulated environments, with the resilience and judgement to navigate ambiguity well; experience in financial services would be a bonus.

Location: Candidates based in UK/London: Hybrid model, 2-3 days per week in the office at London (Paddington)
