Senior UX/UI Designer (Product Design) About the Role We’re partnering with a new client in the prop tech industry to help elevate their user experience and redesign their design system at scale. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming their digital platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class user journeys and scalable, consistent design solutions. Responsibilities Own end-to-end design execution for key products — from discovery to delivery. Drive UX strategy by deeply understanding our users, their pain points, and the market context. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to solve complex problems and ship fast. Challenge assumptions. Ask the tough questions. Be a voice of clarity and simplicity in the product development process. Translate insights into smart, elegant, and intuitive interfaces that balance user needs with business goals. Operate with autonomy. You don’t wait for perfect specs — you bring clarity through action. Work fast and with purpose, balancing speed and quality to get meaningful work into users’ hands. Requirements A senior-level designer with 5–8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally in fast-paced, product-led companies. A strong executor — you’re comfortable shipping detailed UI, building flows, creating prototypes, and polishing interactions. Confident and collaborative. You’re not afraid to push back, challenge product or tech decisions, and influence the roadmap. Curious and investigative. You ask why — a lot — and you’re not satisfied with surface-level answers. Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in environments where you have to define the problem before solving it. Experienced working cross-functionally in agile environments. Skilled with Figma and modern design tools. Bonus: experience with design systems and/or data-rich platforms. Nice to Have Experience in marketplaces, real estate, or B2C platforms.
