Why Join Us? If you are looking for a place where you can think beyond execution, take true ownership of outcomes, influence decisions, and continuously learn alongside top-tier specialists in a truly global environment, we'd love to meet you.
How will you impact? As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in product discovery and early product definition—translating complex user needs and data into clear, intuitive, and high-value experiences. You will work directly with platform users from how they work today to help define search problem workflows, present rich search performance data ranked by impact, and design rater screens and relevance judging systems. You will be responsible for designing and testing early concepts, taking a prototype to a defined first release, and ensuring products deliver clarity, confidence, and usability.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create clear workflows for reviewing prioritised problems, rating query and product pairs, and reporting rater agreement.
- Conduct user research using methods such as interviews, journey mapping, and walkthroughs of real issues.
- Design and maintain UI components and design systems using tools like Figma, or equivalent.
- Work within existing brand and design standards, and front-end constraints.
- Perform usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration with Product colleagues.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and data science colleagues to turn prototypes into thin-slice production releases.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Proven expertise in UI design systems (Figma, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience designing complex, data-rich workflows.
- Strong grounding in user research methods, including working with internal expert users.
- Ability to adapt existing brand guidelines to specific digital products.
- Working knowledge of front-end components and constraints, and how designs are handed over to engineers.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing data dashboards, workflow platforms, and form-intensive or rating interfaces.
- Experience with usability testing, rapid prototyping, and design iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working as part of a multi-disciplinary delivery team.
Location: London, UK
You will receive:
- The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.
- The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.
- A highly competitive compensation package.
- A flexible and hybrid working environment.
- Medical insurance.
