How will you impact? The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Gather, define and manage product requirements, translating business needs into clear and actionable deliverables.
  • Own and maintain documentation, ensuring requirements are well-structured and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support and manage relationships with servicing partners, with a focus on DIO & Qantas.
  • Act as a key point of contact for partner interactions, collaborating closely to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Manage and maintain a structured feedback loop between internal teams and external partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Chicago, Springfield, London and Seattle.
  • Ensure continuity and momentum across ongoing workstreams during the transition period.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Product Ownership/Management or Senior Business Analysis, with a strong execution mindset.
  • Solid experience in requirements gathering, management and documentation.
  • Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in partner-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed, international teams.
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed and operate independently with minimal onboarding time.
  • Experience working in travel, technology or services industries.
