How will you impact?

We are looking for a hands-on Senior .NET/C# Software Engineer to help simplify a complex, highly secure payment stack and modernize our vault systems. In this role, you will seamlessly integrate into the existing team, providing the execution power needed to meet critical deliverables and drive technology forward.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive Execution: Act as a dedicated, hands-on contributor to deliver high-quality backend code based strictly on pre-defined architecture and technical designs.
- Maintain Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and testable .NET/C# code, seamlessly submitting and managing Pull Requests (PRs) within established workflows.
- Modernize Systems: Help simplify the payment stack by supporting the transition from legacy vault infrastructure to modernized, PCI-compliant solutions.
- Seamless Integration: Augment the development team by swiftly adopting internal tools, coding standards, and CI/CD processes.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Core Language & Cloud: Mandatory proficiency in .NET / C# and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Architecture: Experience with scalable backend services, secure enterprise APIs, and modern distributed systems.
- Proven Backend Experience: Extensive background in .NET/C# backend development, particularly within secure, highly compliant environments.
- Execution Focus: A strong willingness to work as a full-time, embedded team member whose primary focus is on coding execution and delivering on provided technical specifications.
- Agile Delivery: Proven experience working in Agile environments, consistently delivering high-quality code even under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving & Autonomy: Excellent problem-solving skills with the proven ability to work independently to overcome technical hurdles, while remaining an active, collaborative team player.
- Exceptional Communication: Great communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and related enterprise services.

- Domain Knowledge: Previous knowledge of or experience in the payments or broader financial sector is a great plus, but not a strict requirement.
