How will you impact?

As our Office and Events Coordinator, you'll take ownership of our London office, ensuring it operates seamlessly while leading the planning and delivery of memorable events and workplace experiences.

Working closely with colleagues across our global teams, you'll create an environment where employees, clients, and visitors enjoy spending time, while helping bring Parser's culture to life.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events, company celebrations, team socials, client events, workshops, and international office visits from concept through to execution.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to support the delivery of recurring and ad hoc events, ensuring every detail is executed to an exceptional standard.
  • Champion employee engagement by organising workplace initiatives, celebrations, wellbeing activities, and experiences that strengthen Parser's culture.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the London office, creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment for employees, visitors, candidates, and clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for facilities, suppliers, building management, office services, workplace logistics, and office administration.
  • Coordinate local onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with the People Team, helping to create a seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Marketing, People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support international initiatives, company-wide events, and local office requirements.
  • What you'll bring to the role

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in Office Management, Office Coordination, Workplace Experience, Events Coordination, Hospitality, or a similar operational role.
  • Proven experience planning, coordinating, and delivering internal events, company socials, corporate events, workshops, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Exceptional organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business, external partners, and suppliers.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience managing office operations, workplace facilities, suppliers, office budgets, or day-to-day office administration.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and workplace collaboration tools.
  • A positive, approachable, and collaborative attitude with a genuine passion for creating exceptional employee and workplace experiences.

Desirable Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working within a global, distributed, or multicultural organisation, collaborating with teams across different countries and time zones.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement, workplace culture, employer branding, or internal communications initiatives.

London, United Kingdom: This is a fully office-based role, requiring five days per week in our London office.
