Why Join Us? If you are looking for a place where you can think beyond execution, take true ownership of outcomes, influence decisions, and continuously learn alongside top‑tier specialists in a truly global environment, we'd love to meet you.
How will you impact? We are entering a critical delivery acceleration phase across our mobile and platform engineering teams. As a DevOps Engineer, you will embed directly with teams to help unblock delivery, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and improve the reliability and operability of services in production. This is a delivery‑first role focused on hands‑on execution and close collaboration with mobile engineers, backend teams, and principals to improve how software is built, deployed, and operated today.
Your key responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: Design, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend services.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Support and operate Kubernetes‑based workloads on Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Delivery Acceleration: Embed with engineering teams to remove delivery bottlenecks and accelerate release cycles.
- Infrastructure as Code: Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Git‑based workflows.
- Observability & Support: Improve observability and operational readiness, including monitoring and production support where required.
- Standardisation: Work pragmatically within existing systems, documenting and standardising improvements for handover.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineers, security teams, and principals to align on delivery goals.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
- Kubernetes experience operating containerised microservices at scale.
- Proven capability using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting microservices‑based systems in production.
- Strong scripting and automation capability (language‑agnostic).
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with a delivery‑focused mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (iOS / Android) or supporting Node‑based backend services.
- Familiarity with observability tooling such as New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar.
- Knowledge of GitOps practices, CDN tooling (e.g., Akamai), or prior experience in large‑scale enterprise environments.
Location: UK / Europe (Hybrid)
You will receive:
- The chance to join an organization with triple‑digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.
- The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.
- A highly competitive compensation package.
