About Parser
Parser is seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead our Power Platform and AI initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency across our organization through the strategic implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
As the Technical Product Manager for Power Platform and AI at Parser, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee the development and implementation of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery and prioritization of cross-department AI use cases, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Define and enforce governance strategies, including Dev/Test/Prod environments, DLP policies, and compliance guardrails
- Manage data modeling, security, and integrations using Dataverse and various connectors
- Leverage Azure OpenAI and AI Builder to frame feasible solutions, identifying limitations and dependencies
- Ensure responsible AI practices and GDPR compliance, working closely with InfoSec and Legal teams
- Execute pilot-to-rollout strategies, including controlled testing, UAT, and change management
- Own the product backlog and roadmap, leading agile delivery with engineering and QA teams
- Define and track value and adoption metrics, adjusting scope based on evidence
Required Qualifications
- Proven delivery experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
- Working familiarity with Copilot (Power Apps/Automate) and Copilot Studio/Agent Flows
- Strong capability to prioritize and manage cross-department AI initiatives
- Expertise in governance and environment management for Power Platform
- Working knowledge of Dataverse and common connectors (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to scope integrations with ERP/SAP/BMS via custom connectors/APIs
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and AI Builder (OCR, document classification, prediction)
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles and GDPR compliance
- Experience in agile delivery leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills for defining and tracking outcome measurements
