We are seeking a dependable and highly organised Technical Assistant to support administrative, technical and operational needs. The role involves managing phone communications, coordinating staff facilities, printing product labels, organising packaging materials, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at each location.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone communications professionally.
- Ensure organisational efficiency by maintaining office systems and supplies.
- Coordinate organisation of staff lockers and manage distribution and tracking of workwear and uniforms.
- Print and prepare product labels accurately in line with production requirements.
- Organise packaging materials and monitor stock levels across sites.
