We are looking for a Wig Salon Receptionist to join our expanding team at our salon in Glasgow City Centre. We work with a very diverse customer base including NHS Patients.
Responsibilities:
- Booking consultations
- Answering telephone calls
- Checking in stock orders
- Filing and maintaining NHS prescriptions
- Handling money, keeping salon tidy
- Compliance with best practices & safety procedures
- Working with a team
Experience Required:
- Understanding of Excel spreadsheets; in order for recording Customer Orders, prescription information and wig stock taking
- Excellent Customer service, friendly manner & patience
- Ability to adapt to change
- Good Organisational skills
- Good team worker
