We are looking for a Wig Consultant to join our expanding team at our salon in Glasgow City Centre. We work with a very diverse customer base including NHS Patients.
Responsibilities
- One to One consultations with the public to advise on wigs & hairpieces
- Fit, cut & style wigs
- Understand the different types of wigs & hairpieces
- Providing information on products for caring for wigs & wearing them
- Admin duties; booking consultations, answering telephone calls, checking stock, filing and maintaining NHS prescriptions, handling money, keeping salon tidy
- Compliance with best practices & safety procedures
- Working with a team
Qualifications
- Must have Hairdressing experience
- Ideally have experience with wigs, but willing to be trained
- Excellent Customer service, friendly manner & patience
- Understanding of Excel spreadsheets; in order for recording Customer Orders, prescription information
- Ability to adapt to change
- Good Organisational skills
- Good team worker
