Role Overview

The HR Administrator delivers high‑quality HR support within a school, playing a vital role in the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating recruitment administration and ensuring efficient recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining workforce records and processing payroll changes.
  • Managing safer recruitment and compliance procedures accurately.
  • Providing responsive, professional HR service to the teaching and support staff team.
