About The Role
As a Senior Manager, Partner Insights, you'll play a critical role at the intersection of analytics, client strategy, and entertainment. You'll be the strategic partner to our clients — leading entertainment companies, streamers, producers, talent agencies, and more — ensuring they get maximum value from our data, tools, and expertise. This is a high-impact, externally-facing role for a data-fluent analyst who understands how to apply insights to commercial and creative decisions in entertainment.
What You'll Champion
- Drive deeper workflow solutions and value of our content demand analytics capabilities within our partners by working with them to define and develop key insights using our global audience demand measurement system in a clear, concise manner.
- Become an extension of our partner's teams, including in-person meetings and routine check-ins to ensure our insights are applied to mission-critical business challenges and opportunities.
- Identify and progress opportunities for partner account expansions in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Leverage and implement external AI developments and be proficient in the use of internal AI tools and agents; help integrate them into team workflows and act as a conduit between the Insights and Development teams to enhance delivery and scale impact.
- Work closely with all other teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to keep them informed of partner needs and feedback, bringing in other team members when necessary to deliver on partners' asks.
- Lead the analyses for prospective partners, demonstrating capabilities and highlighting the value of using demand, applied analytics and content valuation data.
- Develop/maintain public profile as thought-leader; leading webinars, participating in industry events and authoring white papers and publications.
- Mentor and train junior members of the Insights team.
- Identify ways to standardize team-wide ways of operating/develop unified processes with other Insights Directors/VP.
- Focus on consistently pursuing the best in the world insight and data outputs.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 8+ years in a client-facing strategic role in media, entertainment, management consulting, or a data analytics company. Experience working with (or within) major studios, streamers, or agencies is highly valued.
- Relationship Management: Proven track record building strong, trusted relationships with executives and senior leaders.
- Analytical Fluency: Comfortable interpreting complex datasets, distilling them into actionable insights, and translating analysis into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. Able to simplify complexity and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Content & Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of the entertainment value chain, including how content is developed, commissioned, acquired, distributed, and monetized across platforms.
- Data & Visualisation Tools: Strong experience working with data visualisation platforms with the ability to build dynamic dashboards and communicate insights visually.
- AI Fluency & Application: Hands-on analytical experience using leading AI platforms such as Gemini and Claude, with the ability to integrate AI into workflows, accelerate analysis, and bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
- Leadership: Experience leading client projects independently; proactive, decisive, and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that address real business problems. Skilled at structuring data-driven narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Commercial Savvy: Ability to identify growth opportunities, influence stakeholders, and support the commercial team in driving renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term client value.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic would be a strong advantage given the regional focus of many client engagements.
- Passion for the Industry: A genuine passion for sports, media, and entertainment, with a strong curiosity for emerging trends shaping the global content landscape.
