Parr FM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing engineer to join our Belfast based team The role will work across all sectors including public health and education & private including retail and production throughout NI and ROI. The role will mainly be based in Derry/Londonderry. Position Plumbing and Heating engineer Department Ireland FM Reporting to: Account Manager Status of post: Full-time Permanent Job description: This role will include: Carry out minor works/projects on contracts Response maintenance Carry out works to the organisations high quality standards Itemise the work required in the clients premises Undertake other duties necessary by management to ensure the efficiency of the company Carry out all works alongside the company values This is a full time post, working 39 hours per week Company van and mobile phone is included Essential Criteria City and guilds level 2&3 mechanical engineering Full driving license GAS safe for domestic and commercial OFTEC registered Desirable Criteria Whilst not essential it would be advantageous for the candidate to have: Valid CSR card The company offers: 22 8 Days holiday per annum.
