Main Duties:

  • Cover a wide range of accounts functions including but not limited to:
  • High volume sales invoice processing.
  • Portal Management.
  • Query resolution.
  • Month end procedures.
  • Purchase ledger & sub-contract ledger high volume invoice processing, statement reconciliations for all group companies.
  • Banking reconciliations for numerous bank accounts and company credit card reconciliations.
  • Nominal postings.
  • Any other accounts/admin duties as required.

Experience:

  • Good working knowledge of accounts software (Sage 200), CAFM Software, Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also to contribute to teamwork/goals.

  • Ability to work to deadlines developing systems and working in a constantly improving environment.
  • Self-starter who enjoys a challenge.
