At The Wayfarer in Stone, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to help drive our food quality, inspire the team, and deliver the exceptional dining experiences Parogon is known for. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team
- Delivering consistently excellent, fresh food to spec and on time
- Driving standards, cleanliness, and food safety across the kitchen
- Coaching and developing junior chefs
- Contributing ideas and passion to menu execution and service
What you’ll earn:
- £12.50–£14.50 per hour basic (depending on experience)
- Average £2.50 per hour service charge
- Realistic total hourly earnings up to £17.00 per hour
