At The Wayfarer in Stone, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to help drive our food quality, inspire the team, and deliver the exceptional dining experiences Parogon is known for. Whether you’re an established Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, this is your chance to grow with one of the region’s most respected restaurant groups.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team
  • Delivering consistently excellent, fresh food to spec and on time
  • Driving standards, cleanliness, and food safety across the kitchen
  • Coaching and developing junior chefs
  • Contributing ideas and passion to menu execution and service

What you’ll earn:

  • £12.50–£14.50 per hour basic (depending on experience)
  • Average £2.50 per hour service charge
  • Realistic total hourly earnings up to £17.00 per hour
  • Full-time hours available
