The Seven Stars in Brocton sits just minutes from Cannock Chase – a relaxed gastropub with a beer garden, an outdoor bar and a heated Tipi for celebrations. Our kitchen cooks pub classics, steaks, burgers and seafood with fresh ingredients and plenty of care.
Here’s what we offer:
- Up to £13.50 per hour (Approx. £1,730 every 4-weeks or £22,460 pa)
- Shared Service charge (Avg. £5,820 pa)
- Total Potential Package = £28,280 per year
- Part time – 32 hours a week: solid, regular hours with a better work-life balance
- Fresh food, a supportive brigade and room to grow
Our hourly rates: up to £13.50 (21+), up to £12.50 (18–20), up to £11.50 (under 18).
The role
You’ll run your section with pride – cooking our menu to spec and working as part of a supportive, close-knit brigade where your development really matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running your section during busy services
- Prepping and cooking dishes to our specs
- Keeping your section clean, organised and food safe
- Supporting and training more junior chefs
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen
- Passion for food and pride in your work
- Good knowledge of food safety
- A team player who’s keen to learn and grow
