A highly organised and detail-focused Menu & Marketing Coordinator is required to join the marketing team and support the creation and updating of menus and print materials across our restaurants. Menus are a core part of the guest experience, so accuracy, consistency, and delivery timelines are critical. The role will be primarily focused on menu administration, with additional responsibility for creating in-site marketing materials such as posters and table talkers. This is not a design-led role, but confidence using Canva and working within brand guidelines is essential. The role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, receiving clear direction and support while developing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Management (Primary Focus)
- Build and update menus in Canva in line with brand guidelines.
- Use initiative to organise menu layouts and dish order, ensuring menus follow a consistent and logical structure.
- Coordinate the end-to-end menu process from draft to final print.
- Circulate menus to internal stakeholders for sign-off and manage feedback.
- Ensure all changes are accurately implemented and signed off.
- Prepare and send final artwork to print suppliers.
- Upload updated menus to websites and manage PDF versions.
- Provide menu links and assets for wider marketing use.
- Attend menu cook-offs to support content capture and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure folders are kept up to date with current menus and old versions are archived.
- Create posters and table talkers for restaurant use.
- Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns and promotions in-site.
- Ensure all POS is accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
