The Seven Stars in Brocton sits just minutes from Cannock Chase – a relaxed gastropub with a beer garden, an outdoor bar and a heated Tipi for celebrations. You’ll look after walkers, families and regulars – in the pub, the beer garden, the outdoor bar and the Tipi.
Here’s what we offer:
- Up to £13.65 per hour (Approx. £1,750 every 4-weeks or £22,710 pa)
- Shared Service charge (Avg. £5,820 pa)
- Total Potential Package = £28,530 per year
- Part time – 32 hours a week: solid, regular hours with a better work-life balance

The role
You’ll be a key part of the management team, working alongside your GM to run brilliant shifts, develop the team and deliver amazing guest experiences. Your responsibility will match your experience, with training and support to keep you progressing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running shifts and leading the team from the front
- Making sure every guest leaves happy
- Coaching, motivating and developing the team
- Managing cash, stock, rotas and admin
- Helping the site hit its targets and standards
What we’re looking for:
- Supervisor, team leader or management experience in hospitality
- A confident, people-first leader with great communication
- Passion for service and high standards
- Ambition to build your management career with us
