Responsibilities

- Train and inspire our bar staff to deliver impeccable service, making each interaction with guests a delightful and personalized moment. Your leadership will create a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
- Collaborate with our visionary team to curate an enticing and diverse drink menu that pushes the boundaries of taste and pleasure. From classic concoctions to cutting-edge libations, you'll captivate our guests with a diverse array of beverages.
- Conduct the seamless flow of bar operations, ensuring efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. From stocking the bar to managing inventory, your organizational prowess will keep the bar running like a finely tuned instrument.
- Act as the voice of our guests, listening attentively to their preferences and feedback. Your dedication to guest satisfaction will drive you to continuously elevate the bar experience, leaving our patrons with unforgettable memories.
The Spec For Success
- Up to £13.50 per hour (that's approx. £2,800 pm or £33,700 pa)
- Service charge that works out to about £8,700 pa
- The total potential package = £42,400 a year
