Responsibilities
- As our Bar Manager, you'll be the maestro of mixology, orchestrating a symphony of flavors that captivate our guests' taste buds.
- Your creative concoctions and charming presence will set the stage for an enchanting experience from the first sip to the last.
- Train and inspire our bar staff to deliver impeccable service, making each interaction with guests a delightful and personalized moment.
- Your leadership will create a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.
- Collaborate with our visionary team to curate an enticing and diverse drink menu that pushes the boundaries of taste and pleasure.
- Conduct the seamless flow of bar operations, ensuring efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the voice of our guests, listening attentively to their preferences and feedback.
The Spec For Success
- Up to £13.50 per hour (that's approx. £2,800 pm or £33,700 pa)
- Service charge that works out to about £8,700 pa
- The total potential package = £42,400 a year
