We are searching for a superstar Assistant General Manager to join us on our journey at (ENTER RESTAURANT NAME). If you are obsessed with delivering amazing service in a vibrant and fast‑paced restaurant and have a passion for developing your people to be the very best then this one is for you.
Package
A starting salary up to £35,000
10% Bonus = £3,500 – Based on KPI’s that are achievable and impactful
Service charge that works out to about £8,700
Total potential package = £47,200 a year
You will support the General Manager and Head Chef as part of your restaurant’s Critical Triangle. If you want to develop and thrive in a vibrant and busy environment then we want to support you on your journey.
