We are looking for an experienced Area Manager ideally with hospitality experience to lead multiple restaurants, drive exceptional performance, and develop high performing teams across the Shrewsbury region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Restaurant Managers to deliver brand, service, and operational standards
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, EHO and audit requirements
- Build capability through coaching, succession planning, and strong people routines
- Drive sales, profit, and KPI performance across all restaurants
- Take ownership of the Area P&L and deliver all cost lines to budget
- Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and weekly 1–2–1s
- Champion a guest first culture and consistently high quality experiences
- Identify performance gaps early and lead fair, effective action plans
You will ideally have
- Proven multi-site leadership experience in hospitality or QSR
- Strong commercial mindset with data‑driven decision making
- Inspirational leadership style with a focus on people development
