HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and values-driven HR Manager to lead and enhance our clients people function within a dynamic, growing, care and support organisation.

The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 or 7 Qualification coupled with strong HR expertise with a deep understanding of the complexities within CQC-regulated environments, including care, support and safeguarding needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of the HR function
  • Lead on policy development, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Ensure HR processes adhere to CQC requirements and standards
  • Drive the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, retention, with a focus on compliance, engagement, and wellbeing
  • Advise leadership on HR strategies aligned with organisational growth and regulatory frameworks
  • Maintain and improve safeguarding policies and ensure best practice

The ideal Candidate:

  • Will have proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within a CQC-regulated care, support or education setting
  • Strong working knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures
  • CIPD-qualified or equivalent
  • Confident communicator with the ability to coach, support, and influence stakeholders
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and safe working environment
