Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Hours: 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm (Mon - Fri)

Key Duties:

  • Central customer support role handling inbound calls, queries, deliveries, returns, and order issues
  • Own customer cases end to end, working with warehouse and sales teams to resolve problems quickly
  • Pre and post sales activity
  • Make outbound calls to re-engage lapsed customers, support key accounts, and promote products
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records, assist with reporting, and support daily admin
  • Vet and qualify new customer accounts; identify leads for Business Development
  • Maintain high call answer rates and ensure all enquiries are responded to
