About the Role
We’re hiring a proactive Business Support Coordinator to drive compliance and best practice across Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental Management & Data Compliance. A great opportunity to shape and enhance systems while supporting a positive, improvement-focused culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep up to date with H&S and environmental legislation and ensure business compliance
- Coordinate audits & support ISO accreditations (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001)
- Maintain and enhance management systems & policies
- Conduct risk assessments & ensure staff training (First Aiders, Fire Marshals, etc.)
- Prepare client responses & support tenders/bids with compliance input
- Champion wellbeing initiatives & help manage operational risks
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar compliance or business support role
- NEBOSH General Certificate (preferred or working towards)
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams & SharePoint
- Self-motivated, adaptable & collaborative
