Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Graduate to join our B2B technology marketing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong skills primarily in motion graphics, graphic design, and UX design, who is keen to apply their creativity in a fast-paced, technology-led environment. This is an office-based role at our headquarters in Gateshead.
You will support the development of engaging digital content and user-focused marketing assets that clearly and compellingly communicate complex technical concepts to professional audiences across marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Creative & Digital Content
- Design and produce motion graphics and short animations for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, and events.
- Create visual assets including graphics, infographics, presentations, banners, and marketing collateral.
- Support the development of video content, including storyboarding and post-production editing.
- UX & Digital Experience
- Assist with UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, and digital tools.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to improve user journeys and conversion.
- Work closely with marketing and web teams to ensure consistent branding and usability.
- Marketing Support
- Support B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social, web, events).
- Translate complex technical information into clear, visually engaging content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to understand solutions and target audiences.
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital tools, and best practices.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects as required.
Key Skills and Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of UX design principles, usability, and user-centred design.
- Experience creating digital assets for web and social platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with B2B marketing or technology-focused industries.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar).
