Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with multi-channel experience to join our B2B, technology-focused marketing team. This is a hands-on, office-based role ideal for someone with a strong mix of practical UX design layout experience with motion & graphic design skills. You’ll be able to hit the ground running, creating engaging, user-focused visual content that helps explain and communicate complex technical products and solutions to professional audiences across multiple marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design & Creative Production
- Produce high-quality digital assets for website, mobile, email, social media, and paid ads.
- Create graphics for landing pages, product pages, banners, infographics, display ads, and video content.
- Support the development of brochures, presentations, PDFs, and sales enablement materials.
- Website & UX Support
- Work with the marketing team to enhance website UI/UX, ensuring a smooth, user-centric journey and experience.
- Help implement UX improvements, basic wireframes, layout edits, and content structuring.
- Optimise visual content for responsiveness across desktop and mobile.
- Brand & Consistency
- Maintain and further develop Parmley Graham’s brand guidelines across all channels.
- Strengthen the brand and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity and brand experience across every customer interaction.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and our Digital Marketing Specialist to meet campaign and project deadlines.
- Liaise with developers to implement visual updates and UX improvements.
- Support product managers with visuals for launches, promotions, and industry events.
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
- Experience creating designs for web, mobile, and email.
- Understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and layout best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Elementor or similar).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience designing for B2B, manufacturing, engineering, or technical sectors.
- Experience or knowledge of either Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
