We spend a lot of time talking to or emailing other internal teams or external firms, including Advisers, Fund Managers and other account providers. While the team is made up of two sub-teams, we aim to have everyone cross-trained so that we can support each other and provide the best service to our clients. All suggestions on improvements are welcome and we’re constantly developing and improving.
