Role overview: This role will support the delivery of our brand and marketing communications plans, with a particular focus on events and social media, to ensure Parmenion is well positioned in the market to achieve our defined business strategy. You will work as part of the marketing team to achieve our goals for increased brand awareness, new business leads and enhanced penetration by delivering and optimising compelling campaigns and content. You’ll need to be organised, reliable, communicative, and thrive on the challenge of being creative within limits.

- Coming up with creative solutions to business challenges, and inspiring people through a range of communications channels, including events and social media
- Writing inspiring content that reflects a distinctive brand voice

You will bring to Parmenion:
- Experience of delivering business events, on time and on budget, with proven positive impact
- Understanding of using LinkedIn for business
- Great organisational skills and colleagues in a fast growing, rapidly changing business
- Excellent Canva/PowerPoint skills, and a working knowledge of website editing (HTML) and email marketing tools
- And most importantly, a hunger to learn from the experienced team around you
This role is office‑based, with the ability to work from home in line with our flexible working policy. You’ll be based in the stunning Aurora building in central Bristol, a fantastic working environment and surrounded by inspiring colleagues.
