Receptionist | Legal Office | Central Brighton

£25,000 to £27,000 per annum | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

Parmar Staffing is recruiting a Receptionist for an established legal practice in central Brighton. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also supporting the team with office administration and some legal work.

This could be a strong first step into the legal field for a law graduate. A degree is beneficial, but it is not essential. We are just as interested in people with excellent reception, administration or customer service skills who would like to learn.

Your work will include:

• Welcoming clients and visitors and helping them feel at ease.
  

• Answering calls, responding to enquiries and passing on accurate messages.
  

• Organising appointments and supporting day to day office administration.
  

• Assisting colleagues with legal administration as you learn the role.
  

• Handling client information with care and discretion.
  

We would like to hear from you if you are great with people, organised, attentive to detail and confident using computers. You should enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in providing a helpful, professional service.

What’s on offer:

• Salary of £25,000 to £27,000, depending on experience.
