Job Title: Sales Support Executive / Account Manager Location: Partridge Green, Horsham Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + £2,000 annual bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, office-based, 9:00 am 5:30 pm Benefits: 25 days holiday, free parking, competitive pension scheme We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive / Account Manager to join an established manufacturing company in Partridge Green. There is no cold calling at all in this role. Ideally you will have experience of sales support, up selling, processing orders. The Position: As a Sales Support Executive, you will: Re-engage with Existing Clients: Contact previous customers who have purchased from us in the last 12 months, offering incentives and fostering ongoing relationships. Handle Sales Enquiries: Manage internal sales enquiries, ensuring they are addressed efficiently or escalated to the appropriate department when necessary. Support the Sales Team: Provide essential administrative support to the sales department and management, ensuring smooth operations. Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Use your exceptional phone manner to assist customers, addressing their queries and supporting them in making informed decisions. Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-focused role. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience using a CRM system. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive and supportive approach to both clients and colleagues.
