We are recruiting a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join a prestigious commercial building in the heart of Glasgow's city.

You will be the first point of contact for tenants, clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional service within a busy corporate environment. This could suit an experienced receptionist, or someone from a strong customer service, administration or hospitality background looking to move into a professional Front of House role.

The Role

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors
  • Manage visitor check in, check out and temporary access passes
  • Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Provide general reception and administrative support
  • Build positive relationships with tenants and regular visitors
  • Maintain high standards across the Front of House area
  • Liaise with the Building Manager, security and other onsite teams
