You’ll work across key areas including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and TUPE processes, making a real impact on both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Advise managers on performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters
- Support TUPE transfers, ensuring full legal and policy compliance
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal teams on best practices
- Contribute to HR reporting, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor (ideally within professional services or corporate settings)
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and UK employment law
- Confident handling TUPE, restructures, and absence management
- Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
