We are hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant EA, to work for a growing SME based in Brighton. The office hosts approximately 150 staff in their head office. The role will be working with a team of two Executive Assistants EA, providing support to executives including within the business.
The Role
Provide support to the Directors where needed, including proactive inbox and diary management.
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team, working collaboratively with EA team to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow
Manage all travel arrangements for the Leadership Team
Represent the Leadership Team with professionalism
Ensure effective communication flow with various stakeholders
Purchase Order and Vendor creation management
Working collaboratively on budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Authorise Leadership Team holidays/absence
Strong organisational skills
Manages complexity & fast paced change
Attention to detail & multitasking collaboration
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Excellent MS Office skills

The role will be based in office three days a week with two days available to work from home.
£32,000 to £36,500
