Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established Croydon law firm for a Qualified Conveyancing Property Solicitor to join their office.

This is an opportunity for a motivated solicitor to develop within a respected practice handling a varied residential property caseload while working closely with an experienced Head of Department.

The business is looking for someone commercially aware, organised and capable of managing files with a good level of independence.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a range of residential property matters including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • New build matters
  • Client communication throughout the transaction process
  • Managing files from instruction through to completion

You will also support the wider department with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years experience Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experience within residential conveyancing
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good organisational and IT skills
  • Positive and professional approach
