Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established Sussex law firm for a Newly Qualified Property Solicitor to join their Brighton office. This is an opportunity for a motivated solicitor to develop within a respected practice handling a varied residential property caseload while working closely with an experienced Head of Department.
The business is looking for someone commercially aware, organised and capable of managing files with a good level of independence.
The Role
- You will be responsible for handling a range of residential property matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Client communication throughout the transaction process
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
You will also support the wider department with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
