Location: Barking
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

The Role

We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a busy production team within a well-established manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position and no previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.

This role suits someone who is reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced setting.

Key Duties

• Handling and moving materials within the production area

• Feeding materials into machinery under supervision

• Counting items and completing basic numerical checks

• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working area

• Supporting colleagues as required

• Following all health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Able to work accurately with numbers at a basic level
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a production or factory environment
• Previous experience is helpful but not essential
