About the Role

As Licensing Administrator, you’ll provide key administrative and coordination support to ensure applications, documentation, and client communications run smoothly. This is a hands-on, varied role in a professional environment where you’ll be trained in all aspects of licensing administration, compliance tracking, and local authority processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, submitting, and tracking licensing and planning applications.
  • Managing client information, digital files, and data entry using systems such as Google Drive, Trello, and Excel.
  • Communicating with clients, local councils, and licensing authorities to obtain updates and resolve queries.
  • Supporting compliance and documentation processes across multiple cases.
